About Boot Camp Pasadena
After 15+ years of training clients, thousands of sessions, reading tons of books, and learning from some of the best mentors, I've condensed the best fat loss methods into these 45-minute boot camp classes.
I created this boot camp to share a more "down-to-earth" exercise method. I didn't like the military style of other boot camps, with loud and obnoxious trainers in muscle shirts who are more concerned with their appearance than your goals.
What I've done here is to create a proven training system whereby we meet in small groups that focus on fat burning and toning. Our focus is on exercises that work your whole body and core.
We meet for 45 minutes, either twice or three times per week.
The small groups mean that each person gets personal attention. I’m here to provide a little push, encouragement, and accountability. I keep the groups small, and you'll have my full support.

What Kind of Results Can You Expect?
This is a very common question that is difficult to answer. Everyone is different. Some people lost 12 pounds in one camp, and one client lost almost 50 pounds in four weeks. Most clients begin to notice their clothes fitting better by the second week.
I encourage you to browse the testimonials to see and hear from real people about their results. Unlike some other sites, there are no miracle promises of "easy fat loss," etc..
If you lack confidence or are worried about "fitting in," this camp is excellent. We don't compete against each other here. We work together and encourage one another. We don't keep scores on a whiteboard.
Small Groups
One of the great things about this Boot Camp program is that each class is limited in size. This ensures that you get maximum attention from me and the safest and most effective workout possible.
This is not a gym!
Smaller groups mean that you will receive personal attention. I'm here to provide a little push, encouragement, and accountability. I am 100% committed to seeing that you achieve your goals. When you join us, you join our "family." Your fellow boot campers and I care about your success.
Who Should Take This Boot Camp, and Maybe More Importantly...Who Shouldn't?
Each boot camp has a certain feel to it. One of the best compliments I've received from a boot camper was how I "managed to attract such nice people, which makes it fun to train."
This boot camp has a mixed clientele. Most people are in their late 20s to late 60s.
If you aim to regain shape, lose fat, and feel better about yourself, I encourage you to train with us.
Guys too. This might be a good choice if you are overweight and out of shape.
If you prefer to avoid running, this is a great place. (I haven't liked running since junior high school. I always thought it was boring and a pain in the you-know-where.) We do some sprints here and there, but no long-distance running. (Do you need to pay someone to watch you run? I don't think so.)

Who Shouldn't Sign Up...
If you want to build bigger muscles like a bodybuilder, then this class is not for you.
If you are looking for quick fixes or fads, this will not be a good fit for you.
If you are hoping for screaming, camouflage clothing, muscle shirts, flexing biceps, and whistle-blowing, this camp is not right for you.

I'll be able to answer your questions, and you'll get a feel as to whether this camp is a good fit for you. I won't try to "sell you" anything. I might even dissuade you from joining this camp. Having done this for some time, I have pretty good intuition if this camp is the right fit for you. I'll gladly suggest other options if I don't think this is right for you. After all, there are many options out there, and my main goal is for you to choose something that will work for you.
